Shane heads up Creative Services at Prism and works closely with our brands to drive successful creative strategies and amplification ensuring all pieces tell a compelling story across multiple platforms.
When not brainstorming with the team you will find Shane getting to grips with the latest tech, keeping score on the best pints of Guinness in London as well as shouting at other members of the Prism football team to track back (FYI Ben and Sam).
As Prism’s CFO, Tina has held the financial reins of the agency for over 14 years. Previously at Ogilvy and Octagon, she has a deep understanding of the sports marketing and advertising sectors and the needs of clients. Olympic-standard with spreadsheets, don’t expect any formula errors to get past Tina’s eagle eye.
When not at her laptop, Tina enjoys time with her family and her two sons, especially if it involves travelling somewhere exotic.
A seasoned marcomms leader with 20+ years of agency and client-side experience, Frances is a strategic thinker passionate about driving results for clients and showcasing the capabilities of Prism’s talented team. At her best when immersed in a brief.

When he’s not ultra running, Qondisa brings 25 years of sponsorship and broadcasting experience to Prism Sport + Entertainment. He’s managed large sponsorships, major events, content development and rights negotiation in Sub-Saharan Africa across FIFA Football World Cup, CAF, Cricket and Olympics. He also serves on the board of the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee.
Grant started his career at Grey London before moving to help set up WPP's specialist Sports Practice. As Prism's Head of Gaming & Esports he is responsible for pioneering new approaches to how brands interact with the gaming universe across the Wunderman Thompson family.
Outside the office you can find him on the rugby pitch, in the boxing ring or trying to grapple with the idea of The Metaverse.
Alessandra is an Event Manager across a global sponsorship activation. She has worked on multiple world-class events and partnerships across Sport & Entertainment.

Alex can usually be found in the countryside, SUPing overseas (as witnessed here in Lake Wanaka), or crying/cheering at Stamford Bridge. Renowned by her friends for making a mean paella, being a country music devotee, and an aspiring (failing) runner!
Having begun his Prism journey working in Account Management, Ben has since moved into a Project Management role on the Prism Create team, working across production, creative and design projects for various clients.
When not playing, watching or talking about football, Ben can be found chasing the team to sign up for the Prism five-a-side league.
Story driven and film fanatic, Cesar oversees video content for our clients, directing from global TVCs to social GIFs. He's worked with brands like Aston Martin, BP, Fast & Furious and Manchester United.
When not travelling, he can be found in art galleries or cycling around Richmond Park. Never on an empty stomach.
Known as Em, a passionate sports enthusiast. She works on our Aston Martin F1 account, supporting the team to coordinate all hospitality and event activations across the race season.
Em spends most weekends on the hockey pitch, playing for Richmond Hockey club. She is also an avid skier, but can most likely be found dancing on tables at the Folie Douce!
Having started his Prism journey whilst on placement, Felix returned as an Account Executive following his graduation from Bournemouth University.
An avid football fan who, when not moaning about Arsenal's recent performances, is keeping up to date with the latest in the Esports world or taking his poker friends to the cleaners.
Bringing the creative vision to life through all elements of production, Frankie works closely with the Content Director, Creatives and other members of the Film Team within Prism Create.
When not working, you can find her strolling through Hackney with a flat white in hand, debating hard hitting topics such as the latest Hollywood gossip.
Jamie is an experienced writer, producer and director of branded online content, commercials, broadcast documentaries and comedy.

Jo returned to Prism in 2019 to lead the team responsible for delivering all aspects of VUSE and VELO's McLaren Racing sponsorship activation. Since last working for Prism in 2010, Jo has worked across various facets of global sponsorship activation and event marketing in motorsport, football, golf and triathlon.
A five-year stint in the Middle East firmly cemented her passion for travel and working in golf led to a love of the sport that she attempts to play (badly) whenever possible.
Laura is passionate about untold stories and has a proven track record of brand creative development, marketing and consumer facing content and events.
She's inspired by film, photography and art, and is a devoted Star Wars fan, unapologetic fashion addict and total sneakerhead.
Tom works in Account Management across a global sponsorship activation, helping end markets and the client extract as much value from the partnership as possible.

Ed supports his client to deliver streamlined activations at a global and market level through their principal partnership of a team in Formula One. He is also on board with the Wunderman Thompson Campus Networks as a Mental Health Ambassador, with training in Mental Health First Aid.

Tobias is the Harry Kane of Prism’s Production team providing assists and goals all over the park.
When not working, Tobias can be found in the gym, playing football or cutting shapes on the dancefloor.
Lee is a multi-disciplined creative with over 20 years experience in creating successful and award winning campaigns. He has a true passion for strategic and creative problem solving and likes nothing more than to get stuck into a brief and help brands find their ‘Big Idea’.
Outside of work Lee loves spending time with his family and is often found glued to a good movie, his favourite being the Stanley Kubrick classic ‘Spartacus’.
Piecing the creativity together, Sam works in the edit suite as an in-house Editor. He has a passion for drones and anything related to aerial cinematography.
Sam also enjoys travelling the world alongside the Barmy Army, watching England play cricket with a few jars.
Ian has worked within the WPP network for a number of years prior to Prism, with agencies including Geometry, Finsbury and AKQA.
When he is not walking the sunny and (not so) sandy beaches of Southend he can be found watching sports or on the golf course chasing the dream of that one good shot per round.
Justine ‘Juzza’ Charles is the organiser and protector of CEO Jamie ’JC’ Copas’ time and day-to-day life at Prism. Some days she even allows him a lunch break! Justine also works across the HR Department and leads the Wellness Team to ensure everyone at Prism has the support they need. She is a key driver of Prism core values and maintaining our strong culture has always been one of her top priorities.
Infamous for organising the best Prism parties and entertaining her friends and family at home, Juzza is known as the 'hostess with the mostess'!
Lucy joined us having already made her mark at other WPP agencies. Passionate Designer by day, DIY, flat pack building and cheeseboard enthusiast by night.
With nearly fifteen years' experience in the sports industry, having worked at some of the largest events around the world, including at the UEFA EUROs, the FIFA World Cup, America’s Cup and the Olympic Games, being in the thick of the action and solving problems whilst ensuring partners and sponsors have an unforgettable experience is what James enjoys most. A keen cyclist and triathlete, his training is all a front to legitimise his addiction to Haribo.
With 10 years of digital and strategic consulting experience across a plethora of industries and countries, Josh bring a vast and diverse set of skills to the Prism team.
Out of the office, Josh is always looking for sports to watch and compete in, pretends to be a contemporary artist and dreams about one day rebuilding a classic car.
Passionate about communications and motorsport, Sophie works closely with Simon in the PR team; helping to deliver exciting campaigns for the client. You used to find Sophie out socialising with friends, running or on the bike but now you’ll find her chasing two toddlers around a SW London playground, with coffee in hand. Soon to be moving to the countryside!
Jess has worked on multiple world-class sports events and partnerships and has recently joined the BAT team to work across the BAT/McLaren partnership. On the weekends Jess can be found on a hockey pitch, in a pub watching the sport, or anywhere with a light-up dance floor.
A wealth of experience working behind the scenes on some of the biggest events the UK has seen! From ticketing to activation management, from music, theatre to sports, Michael has been in teams that have delivered massive events across the country!
Away from work, if he is not on a football pitch, then he is either out watching football, watching a gig or getting stuck into a new documentary usually about food or travel!
With over 10 years’ experience in global marketing, sponsorships and events roles, including a 3 year stint in Germany, Xavier has worked with a range of brands and organisations including Porsche, BMW, Formula E, Ticketmaster and Live Nation.
Away from work, he’s a regular at the gym in order to accommodate a love for a beer(s) and a burger(s); is a passionate F1 fan that will work social commitments around the race calendar; and, being from Melbourne, is a self-confessed coffee snob and fair-weather Collingwood fan in the AFL.
Charlie is a music and culture specialist. He has recently spent 10 years in Asia running festivals and activations, working with everyone from Justin Bieber to Stephan Bodzin. He has a passion for the fan journey, data analytics, and fusing real-world experiences with emerging technologies. An amateur playlister, haphazard cook, and Tim Key enthusiast.
Liv has organised multiple fundraising and large-scale events during her time at university and has recently transferred these skills as she joins our team. When she’s not at work, Liv can be found geeking out over Excel, attempting a 10K run or escaping to the sunny South of France.
Known as Izzy, she uses her passion for attending events into creating them. With a wealth of experience in outdoor events Izzy is looking forward to rain-free work. When not working she can be found cooking, but not following a recipe, sofa-surfing in exotic locations (preferably 5*), drinking anything alcoholic and fruity or persuading her family to get a sausage dog.
Sim joins our Production team having already made her mark in TV, film, marketing and sports industries. Most recently, she just finished working on a Hollywood feature film at Warner Bros. She graduated with a degree in Contemporary Media Practice in 2020 and has a passion for editing, where she produced a women’s football documentary for her final year university project.
Outside of work, you can find her at the cinema, travelling or watching her favourite football team (take a guess who she supports?!). Sim has worked at a football club for over 2 years and as a keen volunteer and sports lover, she volunteered at the recent Euro 2020 tournament in London.
Stephanie is our enthusiastic Project Manager, passionate in all kinds of events and activations. Originally from Hong Kong, she has 10 years of experience working across international clients in luxury, sport, automotive and more. Away from work, Stephanie is often playing badminton or snowboarding on the slopes. You'll either find Stephanie with a quality cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in her hand of an evening. Forever curious, she loves learning new things and traveling around the world to get inspiration (pictured here in Morocco).
Rosie has 3 years experience working across multiple world-class global sporting events and has recently joined the team as a Production Manager. She prides herself on her attention to detail and curating an enjoyable team culture to be a part of. With her family living in the Middle East, Rosie loves to travel. Away from the office, you will find her playing sports, listening to live music and expanding her ever-growing vinyl collection.
Sascha joins Prism from Down Under, having only just arrived in London a couple of weeks ago. She started her career at Gemba agency in Melbourne working across Toyota Australia’s sponsorship portfolio. This included leading the multiple properties incl Aussie Rules, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Motorsports and more, with a focus on partnership management, content development, activations, and event management. Thankfully, she got to stay well away from Cricket but loved everything else!
With Europe now on her doorstep, she’s hoping to get her travelling boots on at the weekends, and explore the London parks and pub scene, hoping to soak up “sunshine” (who wants to warn her?!) and enjoy bubbles! She’s confessed to being a serial snacker and that her go to songs are September by Earth, Wind & Fire or Roses by Outkast, make note now in case you need any leverage in the future.
Corin joins Prism Create, bringing with him a wealth of experience and design knowledge. Passionate about creating compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms. With him, the devil is most definitely in the detail.
Outside of work, he’s either training, on his bike, sitting by a lake, cheering on the Gooners or continuing the pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee.
Renee joins the brand team on BAT, with varied experience across the sport industry in partnerships, events, marketing and athlete management roles in Formula 1, tennis and Australian Rules Football (AFL) to name a few.
Despite a degree in Marine Biology, she pursued her passion for sport and can still be found playing netball and AFL, or at the pub (or field) watching the rugby and cricket. As an Aussie, she chases the sun and is a regular for a beach/island getaway and exploring Europe.
Ellie kick started her career in the F1 circus with Red Bull Racing, focusing on Marketing and Branding since graduation. As an Experiential Account Manager now on the BAT X McLaren partnership, Ellie delivers Hospitality Programmes and Brand Activations for the client.
Not one for sitting still, Ellie is social butterfly and loves a good cocktail. She likes to keep herself busy venturing to new places across the UK and Internationally and spent a year living in the desert (studying in Arizona!)
Alicia is joining the BAT team to work on the McLaren X BAT partnership. Previously, she has worked across multiple industries such as sports, food technology and fashion. On the weekends, you may find her baking in-between Formula 1 sessions attempting to run, attending to her zoo of pets (including 8 cats) or frantically searching for the nearest Starbucks to fuel her coffee addiction.
Tom has over 6 years experience working with agencies and activating sponsorships on a local and global level, across a myriad of sports, including rugby, football & running to name a few. Regularly spotted hacking round his local golf course or soaking up the sun in a pub beer garden! He also has a love / hate relationship with football as a Newcastle United fan….a lot more love recently!
