Infiniti

Prism designed three key stages to the INFINITI Engineering Academy:

Promotion and Recruitment – Digital and social activation at global and regional level to raise awareness of the Academy and drive applications through the IEA website. This is accompanied by a series of promotional events with universities across the 7 key regions and partners such as Formula Student and Motorsport Network.

Final Events – A final was hosted in each of the INFINITI key regions for the top ten applicants. Candidates completed a series of individual and team engineering tasks, judged by a panel of judges from INFINITI, Renault F1 and Harvard University. Regional and global media were invited to attend the events to learn more about the INFINITI Engineering Academy and the wider INFINITI Formula One Technical Partnership.

Placement – The seven global winners spent one year living in the UK, working directly with INFINITI and Renault Sport Formula One™ Team, and acting as global brand ambassadors for the programme. The prize package included travel, work visas, access to INFINITI company cars, a competitive salary and the opportunity to work alongside world-leading engineers. As well as the opportunity to secure full-time roles with both organisations. Prism delivered all elements of the programme from recruitment, marketing, PR, channel management and content creation and event delivery, as well as winner relocation services and placement management.
