Alicia is joining the BAT team to work on the McLaren X BAT partnership. Previously, she has worked across multiple industries such as sports, food technology and fashion. On the weekends, you may find her baking in-between Formula 1 sessions (albeit not successfully – attempting to run, attending to her zoo of pets (including 8 cats) or frantically searching for the nearest Starbucks to fuel her coffee addiction.
