Justine ‘Juzza’ Charles is the organiser and protector of Chairman Jamie ’JC’ Copas and Managing Director Shane O’Sullivans’ time and day-to-day life at Prism. Some days she even allows them a lunch break! Justine also works across the HR Department and leads the Wellness Team to ensure everyone at Prism has the support they need. She is a key driver of Prism core values and maintaining our strong culture has always been one of her top priorities.
Infamous for organising the best Prism parties and entertaining her friends and family at home, Juzza is known as the ‘hostess with the mostess’!
