Create a marketing platform for INFINITI, Technical Partner to the Renault DP World F1® Team, to deliver an authentic connection between the INFINITI brand, its customers and a global Formula 1 audience.
Promotion and Recruitment – Digital and social activation at global and regional level to raise awareness of the Academy and drive applications through the IEA website.
Final Events – Hosting a final in each region for its top ten applicants. Candidates complete a series of individual and team engineering tasks and are ranked by a panel of judges from INFINITI, Renault F1® Team and the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi alliance. One winner is announced per region.
Placement – Seven winners spend one year living in the UK, working with INFINITI and Renault Sport Formula One™ Team, acting as brand ambassadors for the programme, working alongside world-leading engineers.
The programme has become a strategic recruitment pipeline for Nissan and INFINITI globally. Since 2015 it has achieved:
